Enjoy this spacious 1300 sq ft condo located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

Fully renovated in the summer of 2015, with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 55" HD TV.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom boasts an open floor plan. It features a total of three queen beds, which includes the pullout sofa in the living room, and one king sized bed. There is also a true ensuite attached to one of the bedrooms.

You will find the condo to be cozy & comfortable while you enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace and watching your favorite sporting events, shows or movies. The balcony is delightful for summer evenings and is equipped with chairs and a high quality Weber barbeque for grilling. You will enjoy a fabulous view of the Rocky mountains.

The unit in general is equipped with many more amenities than what you would use on a holiday. It is sure to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

Two secure indoor heated parking stalls are available with the rental, however plenty of free parking is available outside and around the building for extra vehicles.

This condo has panoramic mountain views to the northwest overlooking Lady McDonald Mountain and Banff's Rundle Mountain range. Canmore Crossing buildings have two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The rooftop hot tub has the best view of the entire Bow Valley, a 360 degree full panorama...ensure to take your camera.

A basic but good fitness room is available for you to use; it has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout.

Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot tub, or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony.

The condo was immaculate, very comfortable, and attractively decorated. Walking distance to downtown and even closer to grocery stores and dining. I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Fantastic condo!

We visited Canmore for a wedding and stayed 3 nights at Canmore Crossing. The Condo was very clean, nicely furnished with all required items...and some! The owner was great to deal with prior to visit, everything seamless. Great rooftop hot tub. Location was convenient within walking distances to shops And beautiful trails close by. We would absolutely

Great location and unit

The 8 of us love the location and the unit. The kitchen and common space we hung out in most of the time after the day. The main corridors were undergoing renovation due to a water leak. The only downside is that the rooftop hot tub area does not have any lights that can be turned on when leaving in the dark. Like the fact you can see the stars without the lights.
