Enjoy this spacious 1300 sq ft condo located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

Fully renovated in the summer of 2015, with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 55" HD TV.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom boasts an open floor plan. It features a total of three queen beds, which includes the pullout sofa in the living room, and one king sized bed. There is also a true ensuite attached to one of the bedrooms.

You will find the condo to be cozy & comfortable while you enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace and watching your favorite sporting events, shows or movies. The balcony is delightful for summer evenings and is equipped with chairs and a high quality Weber barbeque for grilling. You will enjoy a fabulous view of the Rocky mountains.

The unit in general is equipped with many more amenities than what you would use on a holiday. It is sure to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

Two secure indoor heated parking stalls are available with the rental, however plenty of free parking is available outside and around the building for extra vehicles.

This condo has panoramic mountain views to the northwest overlooking Lady McDonald Mountain and Banff's Rundle Mountain range. Canmore Crossing buildings have two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The rooftop hot tub has the best view of the entire Bow Valley, a 360 degree full panorama...ensure to take your camera.

A basic but good fitness room is available for you to use; it has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout.

Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot tub, or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony.

Such a great stay!!

We would go back and stay at Tricia’s place right now! We had the best time! She was super responsive to all our questions and needs, she left a binder on the coffee table with a park pass so that we didn’t have to pay to go into Banff, and Canmore is quite possibly the cutest place in the world!

The condo is well equipped and located perfectly in the town - close to grocery stores, dining and shopping. Overall, GREAT STAY!!! Thank you so much, Tricia! We can’t wait to go back!

Great position. Very well appointed.

Banff was SO busy, that, in 3 days of trying, we couldn’t find a parking space. Canmore was pretty and laid back, and had a beautiful backdrop of mountains. The unit was very well appointed, with lots of pots and pans and other kitchen tools. Beds were comfy, and it was quiet. It was great to have a supermarket and other shops, a very short walk from the unit. Highly recommended.

Great place, well stocked!

We had a family of 9 and this place had everything we needed including a pack-n-play for our little one. Everything was clean and the only thing we could have used more of was towels, but it all worked out. The underground parking was easily accessible and the spaces were super close to the elevator so it was very convenient. Great place for staying while visiting Banff!
