Enjoy this spacious 1300 sq ft condo located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

Fully renovated in the summer of 2015, with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 55" HD TV.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom boasts an open floor plan. It features a total of three queen beds, which includes the pullout sofa in the living room, and one king sized bed. There is also a true ensuite attached to one of the bedrooms.

You will find the condo to be cozy & comfortable while you enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace and watching your favorite sporting events, shows or movies. The balcony is delightful for summer evenings and is equipped with chairs and a high quality Weber barbeque for grilling. You will enjoy a fabulous view of the Rocky mountains.

The unit in general is equipped with many more amenities than what you would use on a holiday. It is sure to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

Two secure indoor heated parking stalls are available with the rental, however plenty of free parking is available outside and around the building for extra vehicles.

This condo has panoramic mountain views to the northwest overlooking Lady McDonald Mountain and Banff's Rundle Mountain range. Canmore Crossing buildings have two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The rooftop hot tub has the best view of the entire Bow Valley, a 360 degree full panorama...ensure to take your camera.

A basic but good fitness room is available for you to use; it has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout.

Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot tub, or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony.

Very spacious!

Over the unit was so spacious and very comfortable for our party of 5. Kitchen is so well stocked with everything you need to cook (only missing casserole dishes). Unit had a few cleanliness issues which we contacted the owner about upon check in. The underground parking was a huge bonus and it is very short walking distance (basically across the parking lot) to grocery store and other retails shops. Comfortable beds, large TV and the board games to use in the unit were a nice touch!

We stayed at this comfortable, roomy, well designed condo in easy walking distance to the Town Centre of Canmore for a ski vacation. It really seemed nearly new. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, underground parking, and proximity of stores and restaurants. Wifi worked well, which was helpful when we needed to work on the side. A beautiful vacation in a beautiful place.

Perfect location in beautiful Canmore

There were 6 of us that stayed comfortably in this beautiful condo. Very conveniently located in Canmore and only about a 20-25 minute drive from downtown Banff. Kitchen was well stocked as well with everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely come back again. The only issue we had was finding the parking garage. Directions were a little confusing but we found it after a few minutes of driving around. Can’t wait to come back for a summer vacation.

Great suite- Great location

We have stayed in this complex before and enjoyed this suite as much as we did the previous. The suite is modern and was well equipped with everything necessary. Kitchen had many small appliances that one would not expect(waffle iron, slow cooker, cake pans) and everything was in good condition. Lots of room for 6 people. Suite is in a great location in Canmore - close to grocery shopping and downtown. The owner was flexible with our special request which we really appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend this listing.

Extremely well stocked condo.

This condo was stocked with everything you need. First time I’ve used a VRBO that had everything you need. Just bring your suitcase and you are good. Cooked a couple full meals and was able to find everything we needed. Large spacious bathrooms and heated floors were awesome. Nice to have netflicks too.
