Enjoy this spacious 1300 sq ft condo located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

Fully renovated in the summer of 2015, with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 55" HD TV.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom boasts an open floor plan. It features a total of three queen beds, which includes the pullout sofa in the living room, and one king sized bed. There is also a true ensuite attached to one of the bedrooms.

You will find the condo to be cozy & comfortable while you enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace and watching your favorite sporting events, shows or movies. The balcony is delightful for summer evenings and is equipped with chairs and a high quality Weber barbeque for grilling. You will enjoy a fabulous view of the Rocky mountains.

The unit in general is equipped with many more amenities than what you would use on a holiday. It is sure to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

Two secure indoor heated parking stalls are available with the rental, however plenty of free parking is available outside and around the building for extra vehicles.

This condo has panoramic mountain views to the northwest overlooking Lady McDonald Mountain and Banff's Rundle Mountain range. Canmore Crossing buildings have two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The rooftop hot tub has the best view of the entire Bow Valley, a 360 degree full panorama...ensure to take your camera.

A basic but good fitness room is available for you to use; it has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout.

Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot tub, or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony.

A clean, spacious, centrally located 3 bedroom condo! We entertained our family from Ontario - with close proximity to our beautiful Rocky Mountains it was a quick and easy drive to Banff, Lake Louise etc! Loved it! Will rent again - FOR SURE!!

Very comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo although the access instructions were a bit confusing. It is very central so easy for shopping etc, but you can hear the highway when the windows are open at night. It is very well equipped and we really enjoyed staying in and cooking our own meals. I would recommend a stay here. Canmore is a very nice town and very different from touristy Banff.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review Jane. We are more then happy to rectify any problems that a renter may experience during their stay and we would need to be contacted to do so. We are currently working on getting a replacement piece for that shower. We want to keep our condo clean, neat and comfortable for all of our guests as well as for ourselves and continue to do upkeep on an ongoing basis.
