Enjoy a 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath LUXURY townhouse overlooking the 1st hole of the RiverMarsh Golf Course at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Cambridge, Maryland. Flat screen TV's throughout.,fully equipped kitchen; gorgeous decor and elevator for easier accessibility. Enjoy a relaxing or active vacation taking walks along the Choptank River, beach access, exploring neighborhold wildlife sanctuaries and activities galore.
The River Marsh Golf Course, Stillwater Spa, and River Marsh Marina are all easily accessible on the same grounds as the townhouse.

The Master Bedroom features a King Size bed, flat screen tv and a large walk in closet. The view of the golf course is breathless. The Master Bath includes a renovated glassed in shower with bench and a large soaking tub.

The Second Bedroom features a Queen Size Bed and TV..

The Third Bedroom features 2 twin beds and a TV.

The oversized Fourth Bedroom is on the 1st floor and features 2 single beds but can easily fit an air mattress ( not included ) if necessary.

All bathrooms are styled with gorgeous tiling and marble vanity tops.

The Huge Gourmet Kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dinnerware, cookware & serving pieces. Fully equipped.
Large custom-made kitchen table with 8 dining chairs.

Relax on the front or back balcony overlooking the beautiful Choptank River and watch the golfers approach the 1st green.

Great house for families

Lovely location, host was wonderful and was easy to communicate with. The house everything we could need and more! We loved taking nightly walks to see the sunset, neighbors were friendly and lots of access to fun and good food!

Family Vacation on the Bay

We had a wonderful stay at this property during the Fourth of July weekend! The house was lovely, clean and spacious. Each room was comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the views from the home were wonderful especially with your morning cup of coffee! Fred was a great, communicative host! We had a great stay! Thank you!

For years its has been and always will our families favorite place to relax and rejuvenate.

This is a wonderful, beautiful family getaway with a large variety of activities.
Cambridge, Maryland is a quaint town on the Eastern Shore and close to many gorgeous sights such as Blackwater National Wildlife Preserve Park.

What makes this property unique

This luxurious 2 car garage town home is fully equipped with an elevator which makes it handicapped accessible. It is quite convenient for transporting luggage and groceries. there are several bicycles and a grill which you are welcome to use.
