Unit has stunning mountain views and a modern boutique decor with all new furnishings including a unique collection of aluminum photographic prints from world famous Moab photographer Tom Till. This unit is a 3 bedroom + Loft with 2.5 baths. The garage includes a shop quality bike tech area. Sleeps 8 comfortably and check in is a breeze with a smart keypad lock and your unique entry code.

Master Bedroom (Downstairs) - King bed, walk-in shower, double vanity.

La Sal Suite - Queen bed with breathtaking mountain views.

Guest Suite - Full Bed plus bunk bed. Playful Decor.

Loft - includes a unique modern sofa that pops out and up into a comfy queen size bed.

One full bath downstairs plus half bath which comes in handy especially with larger groups. One full bath upstairs.

Amenities such as soaps, detergents, toilet paper and paper towels are supplied, but not replenished throughout your stay.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a family meal and then some.

Dining Area is includes seating for 8 plus a custom cushioned banquette- a perfect cozy spot to have your morning coffee and soak in the majestic views.

Living Room is spacious with two designer leather sofas, 50” Flat Screen HDTV with bluetooth sound bar and huge 5’ x 7’ windows framing the La Sals. Free hi speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Patio has big views and handsome teak furniture including a collapsable 8 person dining table and reclining armchairs. Enjoy grilling on a new Weber Spirit 3 burner grill. Take advantage of a 50’ hose to wash the dust of your bikes.

Garage is of the two car variety and includes a fully stocked bike tech area with everything for all your bike tech needs. Bike amenities include : an exhaustive assortment of Park bike tools, air compressor, complimentary tubes, portable Park bike stand, 6 collapsable wall mounted bike racks, cleaning and lubing supplies and more. Other garage amenities include a bonus beer fridge with bottle opener and cap catcher, a mod bench with shoe storage, 2 zero gravity chairs, plethora of hooks for gear, a wall of maps including individual maps of all major road and mountain bike rides (just snap a photo and go). Have a beer and work on your bike in a garage with the best views in Moab.

Beautifully appointed and equipped, homely property

Really lovely. Internally really well equipped and appointed, and externally the location, view and neighbourhood are better than pictures on website suggest. Communal pool was close and nice - would have been nice to have had more cozy terrace area but that is really nit-picking!! Five lovely days spent here and would definitely return and recommend.

Perfect place!

We were two families sharing the house for 5 days. It is clean, convenient, quiet, the view is splendid, the location is perfect, kitchen is well equiped. We walked Moab, Canyonland, and Dead Horse. We enjoyed the pool and the spa after our hike.

Beautiful views and plenty of room!

Rim Vista was one of the nicest VRBOs that we have stayed at and we have stayed at a few! We had a total of 4 adult and 4 kids and there was plenty of room! The place was well equipped with anything you might need, kitchen items, towels, etc. The views from the patio were great while drinking a morning cup of coffee and the pool and play area were great for the kids! We would totally stay here again!

This was a great property in a great location

This was a quiet, modern property with everything we needed for a great visit to the Moab area.

The layout was very nice for our family of parents, grandparents and children. The pool was especially nice after a hot day of hiking. The property was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for cooking. The location was very close to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands. The only thing that could have been improved upon was the patio furniture but it was really too hot to sit out anyway. I would rent this again if I were ever back in this area.

Nice and comfortable!

The house was nice and very clean. Made our stay in Moab comfortable after a long day at the National Parks. My kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court which was so close to the house. I am so happy to rent this house instead of staying on a hotel. It had more room and I was able to cook some meals whch saved us money instead of going to restaurants or fast food. I highly recommend this house to anybody.
