About Justin Rubenzer
I am originally from Minnesota and decided several years ago that I wanted to get into vacation rental homes and be able to pass along similar wonderful memories and adventures to others. The Black Hills are perfect for all ages and offer something for anyone and everyone.
Justin Rubenzer purchased this House in 2014
Why Justin Rubenzer chose Lead
I chose this property for its location, historical part of Lead, and its over all uniqueness that sets it apart from others.
What makes this House unique
While there are many benefits to this home, those will appreciate the people watching from the covered front porch, the unique touches we have added, and the coziness it offers with its home away from home feel. It is also fully furnished with bath and kitchen supplies as well as a couple cold ones in the fridge to get your vacation started.
Great place to Stay we sat in the enclosed porch and enjoyed watching the bikes go down main street. The access and parking for the truck and trailer was good. House was clean very nice bathrooms and very well maintained outside. We would definitely recommend.
It was very good.
The house was nice and clean.
Great Home Base for the Hills
Great old home with everything you will need to explore the Black Hills. Great owners that have thought of everything and will help you with what ever you need. There is even a couple cold ones in the fridge.
Nice place for the price! COZY Just needs black out curtains and grass mowed!
Would stay again!
This house was perfect for our family!
We loved staying in this house in Lead, SD. It was exactly as described. Plenty of room for us and 3 kids, having a washer and dryer was a life saver. We completely fell in love with the Lead/Deadwood area and wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again. Location was perfect, close enough to everything we wanted to see and far enough away from the busiest areas so it was nice and quiet for down time.
Lots of dining space for a larger group. It had everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of neat decorative pieces to look at. The only thing I would say is that the grass was tall and wasn’t mowed to enjoy the yard and firepit, and also there wasn’t chairs to sit on around for roasting marshmallows. Make sure to bring your own. Also, very steep stairs to upstairs bedrooms. We slept very well.
Cozy home on Main Street across from the park with spacious parking. Close to volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts. Minutes from the historical town of Lead and Deadwood for local attractions, shopping, and unique restaurants. Many events come to the Black Hills and is a huge attraction for those who love to get outdoors and create their own adventures.
