About this property

Mountain view from front, desert view from back.

Escape to sunny Green Valley Arizona - a 55+ adult's paradise. From this centrally located property you can leave the car behind and walk a few short blocks to two separate pools, a hot tub, gym, and tennis and racquetball courts.

In our neighborhood, you are more likely to hear a great-horned owl, a band of coyotes, or even a herd of peccaries, than intrusive noise from neighbors or the highway.

Lovely comfortable home!
Karen and David were thoughtful in the design and furnishing of their home and gardens to make it easy to move in and comfortable to enjoy. A huge thanks to both of them! Friends and family were able to visit for short stints and we felt proud hosting them.

Ive never slept better. Both the front patio & the back patio are landscaped so well done. We spent alot of time out there. It was a true delight staying here. I will stay here again 🥰

About the host

Hosted by Karen Martin and David Zavala

Host profile image
We are long-time Arizona residents who love outdoor activities and bird watching. Dave retired in 2012 from the Green Valley Fire Department. Karen is retired from the field of education. We spend our winters in Mexico and summers in Green Valley. (Sounds backwards, right?)

Why they chose this property

I-19 runs through Green Valley. Casa Paloma I is far enough away from the highway that we are not bothered by highway noise. Our neighborhood is friendly and sponsors a monthly potluck, ladies and men activities. We are central and are fortunate enough to have a Green Valley Recreation pool and hot tub in Casa Paloma I. Plus there is a full gym and other amenities at Las Companas Recreation center -which is a short walk away.

What makes this property unique

We chose to purchase this townhouse because of all the windows and the terrific views in the front and the back. We enjoy the birds that come to the fountain and all the wildlife that can be spotted along the wildlife corridor. We really enjoy living in this townhouse for 3 months out of the year and hope you will too.
