The Tybee Oaks shopping district and some of the island's most popular restaurants and entertainment options are within walking distance from this relaxing home. This fun place is perfect for a group of friends or family members seeking a memorable beach vacation.

A living space welcomes visitors with a 42-inch TV, a cozy sofa, and a few accent chairs in a semi-open floor plan. Two dining spaces that may accommodate up to 10 people are connected to the fully furnished kitchen. A workspace with a keyboard and monitor is available in the adjacent den area, making remote work simple.

On this main floor is the primary bedroom which includes a  king-size bed, a TV, and an attached full bathroom. The home's second story has three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A King-size bed, a TV, and a connected full bathroom are all included in bedroom 2. While Bedroom 4 features a King bed and TV, Bedroom 3 has two Queen beds.

The home's exterior features are really distinctive and give a whimsical touch to outdoor entertaining. Enjoy the built-in charcoal BBQ in the front yard while lounging on the front porch swing. A six-person dining table and a gas grill are both located in the gated backyard. 

Nautical Watch is located on the north end of Tybee Island. The nearest walking beach access is at the end of Bay and Polk Streets. Public beach access is located near North Beach, about 1 mile away with a large pay-to-park parking area. Check out the Marine Science Center and the Tybee Island Lighthouse, both nearby the beach access.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
