Traditional Beach House on Farm w/ FENCED IN Enclosed Yard + Full Guest Cottage

(We do not allow events such as weddings/parties to be hosting at our home so please no requests)

This stunning classic Hampton home is newly renovated with modern amenities, extensive professional childproofing (including pool fence/latch and fully enclosed courtyard separating driveway from property!!) and brand new furniture and decor.

Some renovated features include reclaimed Vermont floor boards, floor stones from Provence, stained white oak ceiling boards and beams, three decks (!) with brand new outdoor furniture, smores pit, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, carpets, flatware, bedding, towels, appliances, Sonos indoor/outdoor surround sound.

Both homes on the property are exceptionally clean and crisp and the entire landscape is sprayed religiously for bugs/ticks/vermin. The property is meticulously cared for with a large vegetable garden, raspberry/blackberry fort, expansive herb garden and flowers that bloom weekly.

Not only are both houses on this property fantastic but the location itself is truly special- real old school Hamptons with a powerful energy you just don't get anymore: the sound of waves crashing at night, the smell of truly fresh ocean air, a colorful array of chirping birds, incredible sunsets over the reserve farmland, loads of space for kids to safely run and explore, local famous farmstand, a walk to one of the most spectacular (and private!) Hamptons beaches, and a safe south of the highway location.

The vast majority of our neighbors are year rounders who do not rent. You will never hear trains/planes/automobiles or loud parties at this property. Worst case, our next door neighbor is a Viennese Opera singer and you can sometimes hear him entertaining his (our!!) visitors with an aria or two (we gladly open a bottle of wine when this happens!)

This is as classic as Hamptons properties come and will be the first full season that this property will be rented in the 100+ years it has been around. While we know that this property will rent quickly, we will only consider discerning and respectful families.

As is standard for East Hampton rentals, please note that utilities, cleaning, local rental tax (and lawn/pool/garden upkeep during the summer months) are additional to the quoted price. There is a $100 additional cleaning charge for large parties. Renters are required to put down a 15% security deposit. Both are kindly asked to also purchase the separate damage protection provided by VRBO.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
