We welcome you to our spacious three bedroom Arts and Crafts home, perfectly located in High Falls on seven beautiful wooded acres. We love relaxing on the enclosed back porch and listening to the stream below, exploring the woods around the house, and playing on the sprawling lawn with our children. Pick raspberries around the property in the summer or sit by a cozy fire in the fall!

The house is appointed with stylish, modern furniture. The living room has a fireplace and 42 inch flatscreen tv with access to Netflix. It has three large bedrooms with a king bed, two queen beds and a bunk bed for the kids. The full bath has a large bathtub for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook and you can share meals with friends or family at the beautiful dining table. There is also a large table on the back porch where we like to eat meals in the warmer months. Families with children will find a pack and play, toys and books.

Close to hiking, climbing, farms, and great restaurants, the home is in the middle of all the Hudson Valley has to offer! Favorite destinations like the Mohonk Preserve and Lake Minnewaska are nearby. A couple of miles down the road is the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail, where you can walk, run or bike over the glorious Rosendale Trestle. In the summer, splash in the High Falls just down the street.
