Super cosy and convenient. Loved our stay here so much.
A little smaller than the pictures
1- the bathroom is too small.
2- the apartment little small, the pictures angles bigger than reality
Plenty of room
Apartment was clean. My only complaint is there is mold on the shower curtain and on the bathroom window. If part of the charge is for cleaning, this detail should be attended to. I didn’t use the kitchen at all, but I did use the washer for a load of clothes. Some instruction in English or other languages would be very helpful as to what the buttons indicate. There is soap provided for washing clothes.
The location is a little walk from major intersections. I walked a few blocks to catch a cab the morning I left. Should have tried Uber. If you’re going to nearby Shibuya station, cabs are between 500-600 yen.
Perfect Shibuya location
Great location for walking distance to all the Shibuya highlights. Air conditioning worked well. The washer was very helpful. Worked well for our family of 3!
Great location, could use subtle improvements
The location is between Shibuya station and OmoteSando but as more trains run out of Shibuya we usually went to that station. The instructions on how to access the apartment were very good and we walked to it from Shibuya station and let ourselves in with no problem. The air conditioner has a difficult time keeping up with the heat even in May. The bath situation is a tub/shower and sink in one room and a toilet in another, which was preferable as there was no waiting. The pocket wifi was so handy to have. The only complaints I have were that the wifi was turned off for our last 24 hours there which is when we needed it the most to confirm travel reservations. Also, it would have been nice to have some sort of booklet to explain how to use the air conditioner and washing machine as the controls are all in Japanese. FYI--the dryer doesn't actually dry, it just gets it so it doesn't drip when you hang it. This is important to know if you are planning to do laundry the day before you leave.
