Short stroll to Shoal Bay & Little Beach! Affordable Family Entertainer

Positioned only a short stroll to Little Beach and Shoal Bay this pet friendly beach shack has several outdoor entertaining areas. Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and fenced front & backyards for the kids or pets to run around plus a three car driveway.

- Master bedroom with king size bed.
- Second bedroom with queen size bed
- Third bed with two sets of bunks, cot & change table
- Two bathrooms in main house
- Plus self contained separate studio
- Extra heated outdoor shower

The studio is separate and has a kitchenette, bathroom, 55inch TV A/C and a double bed. Attractive beach house, affordably priced for families and couples alike. Suited to people who prefer the outdoors & having BBQs over hotel luxury.

Check in is from 2 pm onwards and check out is at 10 am but if we don't have a booking directly before or afterwards we can be flexible with this. Total amount of guests we can sleep is 11 plus an infant.

We can only accept a minimum 5 night booking over Christmas or New Year and a 3-4 night minimum stay over Easter- otherwise we have a minimum two night stay.

Great Value Holiday

Great pricing and value for the Christmas period. Just some small modification to property to make it even better. Communication with property manager was excellent. Very helpful. Close to many beaches but don't expect 5 star for this price.

The location is within proximity of all convenient amenities. The host was prompt in responding to all queries. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

It is what it is i guess

Very old. Best thing about the propery is the outdoor seating area new and modernish. The pictures are deceiving and make the property look better than what it is . Light didnt work properly ,switches in the bedrooms r so old its pull down switches to turn the lights on kitchen sink tap leaks and sprays water all over you doors dont close properly no locks on bedroom doors no gas for the bbq not the cleanest of places bins where full on arrival and smelt disgusting, however The owner is easy to comunicate with , a bit overpriced for what it is.

Bit disappointing

Afew issues with this property and reading the online reviews while there made me realise they don’t listen to their feedback. There was mould on the clothing racks in the 2 bedrooms. The bins in the kitchen smelt so bad it had to be taken outside. There are no fly screens on the doors so you either boil because it’s so hot in there or allow bugs in. We were told a code to get into the property and it was wrong and misleading information on how to open the property with the codes. It’s really annoying and needs to be updated how to actually use the doors. They left us very dirty old sponges to do dishes with Felt unsafe as one of the back doors didn’t lock!! But we managed to fix it I think the property was once really nice ans the photos on website are so misleading but the upkeep hasn’t been made sadly. We did have a good holiday regardless of these issues but just annoying

Why they chose this property

The owner loves this area of NSW with its great shopping and eateries and beaches. There is something here for all the family and a great romantic getaway for couples.
Its easily accessible from Sydney - only a 3 hour easy drive. The separate studio makes it fun for children and private for teenagers and couples!

What makes this property unique

This house is just so user friendly. Bright and light and freshly painted - Al Fresco dining outdooors under a newly built pergola for shade - comfortable lounge seating in the BBQ area just off from the kitchen ,via sliding french doors.
Big TV with foxtel stations and movies - WIFI too with A/C in the main living area.
With the studio there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeping 11 plus a full size cot for a child aged up to 2 years.
