Hospedagem Perfeita

Alugamos o imóvel para nós hospedarmos na formatura da minha filha. Ficamos uma semana e foram dias perfeitos, casa maravilhosa, natureza ímpar e mesmo com chuva todos os dias foi tudo ótimo. Voltaremos mais vezes. Super indico😉

Casa com pontos positivos e negativos

Pontos POSITIVOS: a casa tem bastante utensílios, pratos, talheres, torradeira, liquidificador entre outros, máquina de lavar roupa, produtos de limpeza em geral. Tudo que você imagina que precise no dia a dia tem lá, ferramentas. A área do jardim é bem gostosa de ficar. Seu Franciaco é muito atencioso , tudo que precisar ele está disposto e pronto pra atender. Pontos NEGATIVOS: a casa tem três banheiros com chuveiro, mas só pode usar um ao mesmo tempo, isso é horrível, pois a casa acomoda 14 pessoas acaba causando um stress isso, pq as vezes ninguém sabe que um está tomando banho dai entra dois e cai a energia. A sala e muito pequena, então pra reunir a família na sala é ruim. Assim que cheguei estava sem energia , fiquei 6hs sem energia ( e na portaria falaram que era normal ficar sem energia quando chove) no dia seguinte ficamos sem energia por várias vezes próximo da virada , graças a Deus voltou antes das 0hs. Pra nossa supresa depois da virada ficamos sem água , amanheceu e estávamos sem água ainda . A galera sem tomar banho, sem lavar a louça . Ligamos para o Franciaco que falou do poço e ligamos mas, estava com problemas , e veio um ajudante dele arrumar. Meio da tarde conseguimos água , mas no outro dia a água da sabesp voltou. Tem esses pontos ruins , mas seu Franciaco foi super atencioso e ajudou a solucionar . Só fiquei triste que ficar sem luz e sem água . Acho que falta um pouco de iluminação na área do jardim , fica muito escuro de noite . Apesar de tudo , passamos bem os dias na casa .

Surpreendeu minhas expectativas!

Fui a esse sitio com minha família, no dia 24 de janeiro de 2020 e posso dizer que surpreendeu minhas minhas expectativas. a casa é maravilhosa todos os três quartos com suite, a casa ampla e muito arejada, o Sr. Francisco muito atencioso e prestativo. A piscina maravilhosa, o sitio é super seguro, localizado em condomínio fechado. Posso dizer que sai de lá já marcando uma data para voltar de tanto que gostamos. para quem vai com criança tem a parte mais rasa para criançada aproveitar a piscina. Parabéns. Tranquilidade, segurança e natureza!

Adoramos a estadia, o local é tranquilo e por se localizar dentro de um condomínio acaba nos dando total segurança para a família. A casa é ampla, organizada, limpa e arejada, a piscina é maravilhosa! O local é cercado pela natureza, tivemos agradáveis visitas surpresas de esquilos, micos, sapinhos, pássaros, etc... As crianças adoraram! O anfitrião é super atencioso e nos deixou bem a vontade, esperamos voltar em breve.
