This property really has a special vantage point and a view that few get to enjoy. I was knocked out by this north west corner from the moment I saw it and can understand why the previous owner stayed for 21 years!!! You will love it too!

What makes this condo unique

Being able to take my bike across the street, get on the "Sea-wall" that takes me on a 20km ride around Stanley Park past all of the beautiful sights of the city is one of the most enjoyable things about living in this location. Being able to walk to a hockey game or take the Aqua Bus to Yaletown or Granville Island is a great experience and one that tourists will never forget. Location is the key here!! China Town, YaleTown, Main Street, you are in the middle of it all.

Great location and view

The condo was located in a great place for transportation to the rest of the city. Used the water ferry and the hop on hop off frequently. Beautifully decorated only deterrent was the frequent fire trucks sirensand homeless near the entrance of building but never had an issue.

This beautifully remodeled VRBO has every amenity you need, is steps away from the Skytrain and 2 blocks from the ferry. The owner, Julie could not be more helpful or responsive. The views of the city, water, and mountains could not be more beautiful!

Great property with a great location!

We enjoyed this property. Near the waterfront, bike trails, restaurants. The unit is well appointed. No A/C, and due to nearby hospital there were sirens all night so we couldn’t open the windows at night. The owner is very helpful. Vancouver is a great city!

Spring break in Vancouver

Julie was very gracious and the condo was beautiful. There were 6 of us, including 2 children. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 luxurious full baths worked very well. The kitchen was well supplied and the location was terrific. The train station, the metro, and boats to Granville Island were extremely convenient. We would reserve this condo again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this VRBO..
