This property really has a special vantage point and a view that few get to enjoy. I was knocked out by this north west corner from the moment I saw it and can understand why the previous owner stayed for 21 years!!! You will love it too!

What makes this condo unique

Being able to take my bike across the street, get on the "Sea-wall" that takes me on a 20km ride around Stanley Park past all of the beautiful sights of the city is one of the most enjoyable things about living in this location. Being able to walk to a hockey game or take the Aqua Bus to Yaletown or Granville Island is a great experience and one that tourists will never forget. Location is the key here!! China Town, YaleTown, Main Street, you are in the middle of it all.

Perfect location to embrace Vancouver!

We were visiting Vancouver in August for the SeaWheeze Half Marathon.

Our three adult children participated and we were along for the fun.

Julie's 3 bedroom/2 bath VRBO worked out perfectly for us. We were able to take the train to and from the event and avoid parking. The jacuzzi in the building was much appreciated by our children after the run. The VRBO was

very clean and beds amazingly comfortable. The location allowed us to experience Vancouver without every driving our car. We appreciated the proximity to Olympic Village and the Urban Fare Market. Julie was easy to work with through the entire process. Steve and Carol Hall. August 2017

incredible apartment

The apartment was wonderful. All the amenities you could possibly need. Beautiful furniture, and big bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The view was amazing. Wonderful to sit on the balcony in the soft evening breeze with such a view. We would not only highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver but we would go back to stay there again. Thanks Julie, you were so nice welcoming us when we arrived.

Beautiful apartment close to downtown

Apartment with beautiful views. Apartment is clean and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice restaurants, grocery store and a good bakery within walking distance. The owner is fantastic. We stayed for 2 weeks in the summer, and enjoyed every minute of it. The only downside is that it is difficult for guests to acknowledge they are downstairs, as there is no doorbell or intercom.

Superb choice for a Vancouver visit

Let's start with the host/owner Julie Scarlatti. Ms. Scarlatti's commitment to our successful and enjoyable family visit to Vancouver was clearly in evidence from our first VRBO email exchange through personally meeting us at the property upon our arrival. She gave us a tour of the property fully explaining all the large and little things we needed to know to fully enjoy and understand the unit. She then discussed what we hoped to do/accomplish during our visit and took the time to give us helpful, practical, useful information and suggestions designed to save us time while enhancing our Vancouver visit. We had no problems during our all too short stay; however, when Julie Scarlatti had answered all of our questions and handed us the keys we had absolutely no doubt that Julie stood ready, willing and able to give us any assistance we might need. You can't post a photograph of confidence and trust

on a website so allow me to advise you it is very much an integral part of this VRBO rental.

My wife Rita and I, along with our two grown daughters, enjoyed a 3 day holiday in Vancouver during late May of 2017. This condo rental was ideal for us in terms of space, comfort, décor, great views and excellent location. The photos posted on the website are true and accurate depictions of this special place. The descriptions of this unit as posted on VRBO are accurate, spot-on, without exaggeration...it is all there and it is all first rate.

I would be remiss if, in closing, I failed to give proper credit to the obviously outstanding efforts of Julie's cleaning crew. This rental property was cleaned and polished beyond a fault, a joy to behold !
