The spacious living area offers astounding views of some of Vancouver's most iconic landmarks including the Lions Mountains, Port of Vancouver, Science World, BC Place and of course...the False Creek harbour where you can sit and watch the pleasure craft, the dragon boats and the kayakers!

This property really has a special vantage point and a view that few get to enjoy. I was knocked out by this north west corner from the moment I saw it and can understand why the previous owner stayed for 21 years!!! You will love it too!

What makes this condo unique

Being able to take my bike across the street, get on the "Sea-wall" that takes me on a 20km ride around Stanley Park past all of the beautiful sights of the city is one of the most enjoyable things about living in this location. Being able to walk to a hockey game or take the Aqua Bus to Yaletown or Granville Island is a great experience and one that tourists will never forget. Location is the key here!! China Town, YaleTown, Main Street, you are in the middle of it all.

This condo is modern, clean and easily accessible to transit. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cutlery in the event you want to eat in. Our group consisted of 4 adults and two toddlers. The accessibility to shops, parks, waterfront walks, Rogers Arena and Science World are all within mere minutes. To get to Stanley Park, you'll need to take a Taxi or Bus (15 minutes).

Amazing views in very spacious condo

Loved this rental! 3 bedrooms with 1300 square feet and all necessary amenities. The view of the science center lit up at night made the stay even better, and it's right next to one of the skytrain stops so its easy to get everywhere you need to go. Next time we need a place this size in Vancouver we'll definitely look here first!

There is a reason this unit is consistently rented and rated very highly. Read the reviews, read the decriptions and look at the pictures. Then, rent with confidence. Incidently, we had a last minute travel glitch and Julie could not have been more accommodating in getting us in.
