About Eric Edmonds
My wife, three children and I live in this home throughout the school year and enjoy living downtown! My wife and I have lived in the Coeur d'Alene area for 20+ years and love living in North Idaho. We are both public school teachers in the Coeur d'Alene School District. During the summer, we move to the lake and we are happy to share this house with people visiting Coeur d'Alene. I have finished the Coeur d'Alene Ironman twice and can recommend great rides and quiet places to run or swim away from the crowds. We also are well acquainted with the shops, restaurants, and entertainment options throughout the town if you are looking for suggestions.

Why Eric Edmonds chose CDA
We purchased this home because it was clean, close to downtown, and affordable. Our home is perfect for guests also looking for a clean, functional home that offers downtown living near great beaches, Sherman Avenue restaurants, antique shops and great entertainment for an affordable price. We are not luxurious but we find that many people do not need luxury to enjoy Coeur d'Alene. We hope you enjoy our simple, functional, affordable home.
What makes this Bungalow unique
Our home is great because it is small yet comfortable. We feel like we are living in a less hectic time when families spend evenings together in the same room rather than splitting off and disappearing into their own rooms. We also love our home because we can walk to everything we need. The grocery store is two blocks away, the coffee shop it three blocks, many restaurants from fast food to fancy high end establishments are within walking distance as are great beaches, beautiful kid friendly parks and incredible hiking along the 3 mile long Tubbs Hill trail over looking Lake Coeur d'Alene. Our neighborhood streets are lined with old trees that provide shade for walking or biking. We love downtown CDA and staying at this home gives you the chance to love CDA as well.

June in CDA
This is a quaint little property located in the old part of CDA. Though the house is old the amenities were great. Eric was wonderful to work with and responded promptly to any questions. Would have liked to have cable on the TV, but WiFi worked well. We will be returning to CDA in the future and would be happy to rent this property again.
Everything was great just as advertised
Quiet and Comfortable close to downtown CDA
We stayed in Eric's house for 4 days in late August. It was a great location - less than 15 minute walk to downtown, and the house was way bigger than the two of us needed (could a few more or kids comfortably, at least). Nice little backyard area as well where we could relax. Overall great value compared to the pricey resort and closer than many of the other hotels on the highway. Would highly recommend for a couple or family spending a few days in CdA.
Was a great place to stay.
We had a great time in Idaho and Eric was amazing to work with.
Coeur d'Alene is one of the best places in the world to visit in the summer. Our lake is beautiful, people are helpful and friendly, nearly every possible summer activity is available within 15 minutes and all without the crowded, hurried feel that may other resort towns have this time of year. We love living in Coeur d'Alene and we are happy to help you find activites that match your interests and budget. We are Coeur d'Alene experts and we love to share our knowledge.
