About this property

Set at the rear of our main residence, is a fully self-contained one bedroom studio apartment.

This property has been recently renovated, and provides a fantastic getaway location for those who want to be close to North Broulee Beach and the wider NSW South Coast Region.

Located 20 minutes South of Batemans Bay, on Grant St in Broulee, access to North Broulee Beach is literally a walk across the road and over the sand dunes. The studio is also within short walking distance of the local store, bottle shop and Café and the recently opened Broulee BrewHouse.

The Studio is clean, comfortable and well appointed with a full kitchen, lounge and dining areas. Sleep wise the studio comfortably sleeps 2 people, the bedroom has a Queen size bed perfect for two adults.

The studio is located within a residential area at the back of our main house, so we want to ensure minimal impact to neighbours, so no groups, parties or schoolies.

Cute Studio

Perfect studio and location for a short get away with your partner. Everything was modern, clean and had everything we needed. The owner made correspondence really easy and was very helpful with any inquiries. Will definitely stay again!

Great location, lovely studio

We really enjoyed our stay - the studio is just across the road from the beach, well-furnished and had everything we needed for a weekend at the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Peace and serenity

This little studio (granny flat behind main house) has everything you could possibly need. Neat, comfortable and private, directly across the road from the beach. What more could you ask for :) A sleepy town with nothing other than a general store and 2 ladies selling Thai cuisine (which is amazing!) from a caravan, this place is perfect for relaxation! The owner, Scott, was super attentive to anything I asked and it was a pleasure dealing with him :) The only negative I can say, which has nothing to do with the owner or the studio itself is and is in no way his fault, was I was unable to get reception or internet on my phone. Had to walk outside and down the street a bit which was a bit of a pain since we'd left our older kids at home and wanted to check in on them. But other than that, perfect place to stop and chill :) Thanks Scott for a lovely break :)

Location perfect - house perfect - weekend perfect

You leave the property and its up over a sand dune and you're at one of the south coasts most beautiful beaches. The property is in first class condition, well appointed with all the finer touches to make it a "must return" place. There are shops within 50 metres for all your essential needs - there is nothing to fault about the place or the location ... it deserves the 5 stars
