In fact, two families could live almost remotely from each other. On both levels, you will find a kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The alfresco area also offers a glimpse of the bay and passing ships. The kitchen is fantastic as it combines all the modern elements to make food preparation easy and it also lends itself to entertaining. There is a fabulous black granite benchtop that acts as a bar and encourages people to socialize while cooking up a storm. The commercial bar fridge also helps. Bedroom 1 - the Master suite is gorgeous, be quick to claim this room! Includes a large King size bed, an oversized ensuite, large TV, and direct access to the alfresco lounge - this would give you little reason to leave the room!

Both bedrooms have access to an enormous central bathroom, with a spa bath and separate powder room. The advantage of this level also is, it has direct access to the pool surrounded by beautiful sandstone.

* An additional person only can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the downstairs living area along with another on an additional trundle bed for an additional charge of $50 per extra person, per night, allowing the property to sleep up to 10 people in total upon request*
