Master bedroom features a queen bed ( new mattress)with private full bathroom and a 32" Smart TV with water views and access to the porch. Guest bedroom features and full size bed (new Sealy memory foam mattress)with access to the porch and hallway bathroom access. Additional amenities include wireless internet, 3 Split A/C units, dishwasher, stack washer/dryer, tile floor, kitchen ceiling fan, BBQ grill, 2 porches.
****1 car allowed to be parked at property, additional parking for cars, boat trailers available on a ******first come, first served******for a minimal fee ($5.00 -$25/night, subject to change). On high season, I strong suggest to call a local boat trailer storage, just ask me, will send you a list of business near by.
****Upon check in at the gate, there is a one time registration fee of $125.00 ( per unit, they accept credit cards) collected by gate attendant. *******
