SINGLE ROOM STUDIO FURNISHED WITH A BED ONLY
PLUS SEPARATED KITCHEN AND SHOWER ROOM
Beautifully appointed air-conditioned studio in residential zone behind the Croisette – 4 minutes walk from the beaches. In a high quality residence comprises 1 bedroom REAL BED sleeping 2 in a large comfortable double bed. Wall TV, DVD, heating and air-conditioning, WIFI, towels and linen provided. Street parking free. Caretaker in residence.
Notes:
Double bed 2 adults max. - accommodation NOT suitable for children or parents with baby. It is on ground floor separated from street level by a small planted garden - no external balcony. Short stays available (from 4 nights) outside peak season.

Regional Transport: We are often asked if a car is required for regional touring. If you are already coming by car, Cannes is an excellent base for touring the region from the Var to Italy. But for shorter says - up to several weeks - a car is not required. Regional transport services - bus, train, and coastal ferries, are excellent and not expensive. You can travel by train from Cannes to Grasse, Antibes, Nice, Villefranche, Monaco, or Vingtemille* (Italy) for day visits or shopping, or (westwards) to Frejus. St.Raphael from where you can take a bus (or boat) to St.Tropez. A ferry trip to the beautiful Iles des Lerins just off the coast of Cannes is a welcome opportunity to swap the bustle of the Riviera for the tranquil peace of unspoiled forest and rocky bathing pools. Also the peninsula costal walks of the 'Caps' ... Cap d'Antibes, Cap Ferrat (see the beautiful gardens of the Villa de Rotschild here) etc.. are some of our favourite day excursions.

I stayed in october

Lovely clean property a bit small but worth the money free wifi comfortable bed and great shower with hot water . supermarket within walking distance bars and restaurants a short distance too didnt need a car as everything close by connor the owner was really helpful also amir was on hand too. I would definately stay again.

Une belle adresse au coeur de Cannes

Idéal pour un cours séjour. très bien placée juste derrière l'Hotel Martinez. Propreté impeccable. Connor est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Seul bémol, une très petite taille qui ne permet pas vraiment de rester dans l'appartement.

Séjour très agréable dans ce petit studio très bien équipé.

Mon mari et moi avons passé des journées très agréables dans ce studio petit mais très bien équipé. Petit, mais doué d'un grand lit et d'une cabine de douche très confortable. En plus le studio est situé dans un bel immeuble avec garderie et possibilité de parking. La Croisette, la rue d'Antibes et le supermarché Casino sont à 5 minutes à pied. Et Conor, le propriétaire, a été très sympathique et disponible dans tous les moments de notre séjour. Bref, la prochaine fois à Cannes ce sera encore dans cet appartement!

séjour agréable dans un charmant studio

Charmant studio, fonctionnel , très propre, décoré avec goût, proche des commerces et de la mer. Stationnement à proximité. Propriétaire très sympathique, à l'écoute et disponible.

Why they chose this property

In a quiet residential area which is very close to the beaches and downtown Cannes.
Rue d’Antibes (main shopping zone) 7 minutes walk. Smaller shops close by. The train station is 1.2 Km and the Palais des Festivals congress center is just a 2 Km walk along the fabulous Croisette.
