Two car garage with remote controls. Landscaping is desert in the front and grass in the back yard with automatic sprinkler system and weekly maintenance. Great pool has been renovated as well with pebbletec. Pool area has cool deck and entertainment/cooking area with built in gas grill and refrigerator. The pool is heated with pool solar panels on the roof and a solar blanket on the pool which should remain when the pool is not in use. The solar blanket holds heat from daily sun and the desert gets cold at night. The months of December and January are colder in the pool, even with the solar panels. You can sit outside and order drinks & food around the fire pits. The Phoenician Resort is close by as well and has a beautiful Sunday breakfast, great views at night with an outside area for drinks. The Sanctuary Resort is also close by and has great food and beautiful view of Paradise Valley. The Boulders Resort is just North on Scottsdale Road about 20 minutes and offers many amenities. The Montelucia Resort is nearby on Lincoln and has great entertainment. All these resorts have great spas. The Biltmore is also close by. Also, I have a list of restaurants in the kitchen. Please leave the list in the kitchen for other guest. If you want the best massage in AZ, I have the best massage therapist who is close to the house and is so reasonable you won't believe it! His cards are in the desk drawer in the kitchen. If you are a baseball fan and want to stay here during spring training, my home is literally 4.7 miles from Salt River Fields and 6.6 miles from Scottsdale Stadium. The neighborhood is quiet so this is not the house to rent and throw wild parties. The neighbors all watch out for each other here. My home is beautiful and I want to lease it to people who will appreciate and take good care of it.
