About this property

Economic and spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Tahoe’s Cedar Flat neighborhood. Short drive to Tahoe City or Carnelian Bay. Open living room with 26' vaulted ceilings and a beautiful large stone wood burning fireplace. Home has flat screen TV with satellite as well as high speed internet. Updated kitchen cabinetry and kitchen flooring. Kitchen is open to both the living area and the dining space. 3 of 4 bedrooms are located downstairs along with a full bath and one car garage. The bedrooms downstairs can sleep up to 8 guests with a full/double and a twin in the far bedroom, a bunk with two twins and full bed in the middle bedroom and a daybed in the third bedroom which also houses the laundry and has a door to the back yard. The master bedroom has a plush queen bed and a TV and is located upstairs. It also features a walk-in closet and en-suite full bathroom that's been recently remodeled.

it could be much better, if they will improve some things

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the cleaning of the house can be improved, its folder is very old and has a bad smell, also its heater makes a noise all night

Nice situated holiday home!

Ideally situated holiday home, nice and quiet but easy access within 10 minutes to shops and restaurants. All amenities for both a winter or summer stay at Lake Tahoe.

Run down place

Very old carpet paint peeling in the master bathroom wife I did not work. Cigarette butts right when you walk up to the front door to the left a ton of them for the money that I spent it wasn't worth it
