Our comfortable living room features a Roku-equipped TV to access all of your favorite streaming services. The dining room easily seats six with our extendable table featuring a hidden leaf and an additional two-seat bench. The fully-stocked and recently renovated kitchen includes a breakfast nook with mountain views. Just off the living room is a quiet study, perfect for reading and catching up on email via the high-speed wireless internet.

The large master suite is located on the first floor with a king-sized bed, Roku-equipped TV, large walk-in closet, and spacious bathroom with a soaker tub and separate, private shower area.

Two additional, comfy bedrooms are located upstairs, one with a queen-sized bed, the other with two twin beds, both with ample closet space. Another full bathroom is located upstairs for your guests' convenience.

And when Balloon Fiesta rolls around in early October, our home is conveniently located to both South and North entrances to Balloon Fiesta Park. This is a must-see event with balloonists coming from all over the world for this one-of-a-kind experience. Throughout the rest of the year, head to Balloon Fiesta Park to visit the Albuquerque International Balloon Museum to learn all about the "Hot Air Ballooning Capital of the World".
