Large light filled open plan kitchen, living & dining area to accommodate 10, digital television, reverse cycle split system air-conditioning and gas ducted heating. Expansive floor to ceiling glass windows. Sliding doors leading out to the fabulous gas heated swim spa, outdoor entertaining area and large garden. 2nd lounge room located at the rear of the home with lounge & digital television.

Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, digital television and air-conditioning, adjoining ensuite with double vanity, separate toilet and walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, adjoining ensuite with vanity, corner bath and overhead shower.
Bedroom 3 with a queen bed. 3rd bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, claw foot bath and toilet.
Bedroom 4 with a queen bed and 2 king single beds.
4th small bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and toilet.
Laundry with washing machine & dryer.

LINEN A full linen and bathroom package is included with bookings of 4 nights or more. BYO Pool, Beach Towels.
3 nights or less, this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows.
You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, pool towels, beach towels.
Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

A lovely stay in Sorrento

A group of 9 friends and I stayed for a long weekend and had the best time! The house is a 2 minute walk from the main shopping/restaurant area, however is still secluded for privacy. Checking in and out was a smooth process and communication was great. The spa was a great add to the stay !
