The huge master bedroom is located upstairs and comes complete with 1 queen-size bed, its own ensuite, large built-in robes, and a rural outlook of neighboring farmland and the local rolling hills. Bedrooms two and three are located downstairs both sharing the large bathroom and comprise 1 queen bed in each room, both also come with built-in robes and one has its own private deck area with TV. You'll find a double sofa bed in the lounge room. The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table, perfect for the kids.

Upstairs you'll find the large open plan kitchen, living and dining area, so spacious with large cafe-style bi-fold doors opening out onto a huge deck make for entertaining, overlooking the pool.

Outside you'll be able to enjoy the communal swimming pools, children's playground, BBQ and picnic area, and the gorgeous boardwalk.
