A perfect location

We loved the unit! It was very well equipped and the furnishings were lovely! Old Naples is beautiful and we enjoyed very much exploring! Great coffee and breakfast spot close by on Fifth Str!

Fantastic Old Naples Rental

This is a great location, well decorated and pristine rental. The owner was very professional and responsive. Everything about this rental was perfect. I would highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to experience a truly wonderful “Old Naples” experience

Wonderful Condo!

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in February 2023. The condo was perfect for the two of us. We had a wonderful stay. The furnishings were up to date and very comfortable, The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The host Lisa thought of everything - detergent, shampoo, body wash, paper towels , beach towels, beach chairs, beach bag. The best part was the location. It is in a quiet, residential area across from the Catholic school. It was walkable to Old Naples, 5th Avenue and Tin City. We walked to dinner and the shops every night. It was a tad too far to walk to the beach, but parking in beach block was never a problem. It was definitely a five star stay and we will definitely return. Given the location of the condo (safe, residential streets with less traffic), we would have liked to have access to two bikes. We also liked the fact that there were only six units in the building.

Our condo is in a perfect location for your stay as you can walk to everything - beaches, shops, theater, harbor etc. We also have a dedicated parking space if you want to have a car. Why they chose this property

This is the perfect condo for a single person or couple to enjoy the wonderful attributes of olde naples: location, location, location. You can enjoy walking or bicycling to everything. Relax and and enjoy the village setting, small bistros and coffee shops, tennis courts across the street, chic outdoor bars and restaurants with great atmosphere and food, beautiful boutiques, white sandy beaches, art festivals and a variety of theater offerings. The condo also has a lovely patio with tables, chairs and a grill.

What makes this property unique

Location is amazing. Property is small, just 6 units and many are owner occupied. A very friendly and kind group of people. We have a parking space too which is highly sought after. The condo is charming for a wonderful vacation. Think of it as a great hotel alternative.
