We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;
PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;

The rates displayed on HOMEAWAY/STAYZ are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge.
Easter: 3 night minimum stay;
January, June & October long weekend: 3 night minimum stay;
Christmas, New Year & January School Holidays: 7 night minimum stay;
Cancellation of Booking - within 14 days of the booking, loss of deposit.
