GREAT OCEAN VIEWS FROM THIS 3RD FLOOR CONDO!
Don’t look any further! You will love this private,cozy, and super clean 1 bedroom condominium with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you will need to prepare meals while on your vacation. There are two dining areas with one adjacent to the kitchen and the other on your private ocean view balcony! This will be your favorite spot day and night as you day-dream looking at the ocean and boats sailing by. If you prefer to explore the Beachfront area, you can quickly walk to shops and restaurants offering everything from Pizza and burgers to Shrimp and Grits , Catch of the day, or Prime Rib!

The living room is appointed with queen sized sleeper sofa which is set up as a Chaise Sofa for day time use, end table with reading lamp, small glass top coffee table, Flat screen TV, DVD, and cable entertainment package. Movies, books, and games are located in the decorative cabinet under the TV. The wall of glass and sliding glass door allows captivating ocean views of the beach, pool, private pier.

The kitchen provides a dishwasher, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, and other items needed to cook your own meals. Paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are also provided.

The private bedroom offers a queen sized bed and Flat screen TV w/DVD player. The bed is made up of a good quality mattress that sits on a Casper bed foundation. No squeaks or lumps here! The bath is accessible from the bedroom and hallway. There is also set of built-in bunk beds in the hallway. The bathroom is clean and brightly decorated with a full tub/ shower.

The location is wonderful! You are located on the beach at the center of the Isle of Palms just a few minutes walk to restaurants and entertainment. You are only a 20 minute car ride from downtown Charleston where you will find shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and other great activities.

Our community offers a fresh water sparkling pool. Additionally, there is a coin operated laundry and free WiFi service.

You will love our location within the community with its million dollar panoramic ocean views. It will be worth the climb to the 3rd floor! NO ELEVATOR
Our condo is well maintained, affordable, clean and loved by all who visit.

BEACH RULES

The regulations that the City has in place are intended to protect the beach's natural beauty for all to enjoy!
No motorized vehicles on beach
Personal property left unattended on the beach after sunset may be removed and disposed of
Holes dug in the sand should be filled back in for safety
Jet Skis and motorboats may not operated in designated swimming areas
For your safety, no glass bottles are allowed on the beach
No overnight sleeping on beach
Please protect our dunes, use the paths
Fireworks are prohibited
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited
Golf carts are not allowed on the beach.

Great Location and Ocean View

Very nice cozy space for me and my wife. Great location, parking and well appointed with everything we needed. Had a wifi issue and received prompt response and resolution from the property manager. I would definitely recommend this property for couples looking for a getaway.

Beautiful view

Overall great stay! The view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo itself was a perfect size for 2 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we had issues getting the keurig to consistently work. The condo was clean for the most part, but could use some attention to detail cleaning to baseboards, walls, etc. The bed was comfortable and we slept great, but the sheets did not seem very clean. We found a few hairs and what appeared to be quite a bit of dog hair. Otherwise, overall things were fine and the condo fit our needs for the week.

Low Country Oyster Roast

Unfortunately our stay was very short 1 night, due to family medical emergency. We did enjoy the one night we stayed, we sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view and had snacks. the condo was very clean and really cute. Sheyl was amazing in communicating and booking process. We will be back

UPDATE: Our beloved mother Sarette Fender, pictured on the left in the above photo, passed away at the age of 86 in 2021. Much of her art work and some furnishings are still a part of our family condo, which is now owned by her son, Russell. He travels a lot and even has a condo in St Thomas but the Isle of Palms is dear to his heart. And daughter Sheryl is stilling managing our "Beach Escape!

The people of Charleston are warm and friendly and it’s really easy to fly to Charleston from many major cities. The location of my condo is only a 20 minute car ride from downtown Charleston with great attractions and restaurants. It doesn't get any better!

The unit offers a wonderful layout and Ocean view experience. You will enjoy your time on the balcony or relaxing in the living room watching the boats sail on by. The ocean breezes have a very soothing effect. The condo is equipped with everything you might need to make your experience the best that it can be. You will enjoy the beautiful sunsets by the pool just steps from the door. There is only one problem, you will not want to go home!
