Located on the second floor of the completely remodeled Oceanside Inn, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers easy beach access just down a somewhat steep but very safe staircase. With the beautiful coastline just outside, you'll fall in love with the tranquil, peaceful small-town feel of this area. Though there aren't many businesses here in Oceanside, Netarts, two miles south, has a small market and a few restaurants, and even larger Tillamook - about nine miles east - has plenty of shopping, dining, and activity options to keep everyone happy.

Walk up to this condo and step inside to discover a gorgeous living space with hardwood floors, brand new furnishings and appliances, and an upscale beach vibe. The real star, however, is the ocean view that you can see through the large picture windows - you can marvel at the sparkling sea, gaze at the Three Arch Rocks, and even stormwatch during inclement weather!

With amenities including cable TV and DVD players in the living room and bedrooms, a full kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi access, and extravagant heated floors in the bathrooms, you may never want to leave this seaside condo. One bedroom offers a king-size bed, the second has two queen beds, and an additional full-size sleeper sofa together provide space for all eight guests to sleep.

This is a dog-friendly property, and you're welcome to bring up to two furry friends with you, though please note there is a nightly pet fee. The complex also has a shared laundry room, and there's a large outdoor deck where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the views of the sea. If you drive an electric vehicle, you're in luck - there are two Tesla-specific and one generic charging stations in the parking lot!

Since there's space for two small families, one larger family, or a group of friends, this is an ideal place to bring your loved ones (and your dogs!) for a fun-filled beach getaway. Oceanside offers just the basics - a couple of eateries and a really amazing stretch of coastline - so you will have plenty of peace and quiet to enjoy the beach with few distractions.

* Please note that while Oceanside has limited cell phone service, this property does have a Verizon signal booster. A quick two-mile drive south to Netarts will provide you with much more reliable cell reception. For your convenience, there is an outside phone available under the carport with free long distance if needed.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
