This spacious and well laid out family home offers everything the gorgeous beach retreat of Venus Bay has to offer. One of the closest houses to patrolled beach no 1 making it just a short stroll to one of Victoria's most pristine beaches set in the renowned Cape Liptrap National park .Venus bay offers bush and beach get away at its best.

- The Space
The house itself offers 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which have queen beds and the others are configured with bunk beds to suit most families. The house has 2 family zones one is set up as a game rooms with TV, Pool Table and Xbox systems and split system aircon. For a tech free time there are puzzles and games to while away the hours. The other large family room with a large and inviting wood burner for cosying up on those more chilly nights opens onto a large deck. The deck in undercover & has a large outdoor table and has a BBQ and of course, with gates to keep both kids and your pet safe on the deck. There are 2 bathrooms, both with toilets, which offers convenience to families that stay.

The kitchen is set up for great cook ups and has all of the expected modern conveniences. But no need to worry about your morning coffee as this house is in Estate No 1 and coffee is just around the corner along with quality eateries and the well stocked local store. This really is one of the prime locations in Venus Bay for your perfect getaway.

There a plenty of natural attractions close by for day trips and great local sea and river fishing on the doorstep.

Awesome property with amazing communications.
Very short distance to the beach and shops. Enjoyed with kids and especially with my dog. Like the property rule with no pets allowed in the bedroom. So bedrooms were very clean to stay. Good size for multiple families. Cheers!!

Great house especially if you have teenage children. Close to shops and the patrolled beach. Plenty of room for two families and very clean and tidy.

Not bad.
Plenty of space for a family or two, can probably sleep eleven okay. Portable electric heaters in most bed rooms. Reverse cycle heating and air conditioning in the big rooms. No doona covers. Was in good condition. Close to shops with a few eating places, and small grocery shop. Easy walk to No. 1 beach.

Holiday with family and friends
Exceptionally great holiday house. Shops just around the corner and a 10 min walk up to the patrolled beach at beach 1. The house is very spacious and has a fantastic room at the back for teenage kids. Our dogs were fenced on the veranda however this did get very wet when it rained. Overall 10/10 and we will return.
