About this property

This newly remodeled, top floor, riverfront, open concept one bedroom unit sleeps 2. The unit was recently completed so the building and all furnishings are new including king Heavenly Bed mattress with luxury linens, new flooring, furniture, paint and lighting in the living room. Newly renovated, brightly lit bathroom with large walk-in shower and lighted make-up mirror. Well stocked kitchen with sparkling new cabinets, countertops, under-cabinet lighting, stainless steel appliances and tile backsplash. Beautiful river views with free high-speed Xfinity internet and cable and free parking. Complex also includes an onsite pool (open May-October) fitness center and laundry all within walking distance of all that Nashville offers!

Note that this condo is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

Convenient Location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony with a river view is an added bonus. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, clean apartment. Quite a few homeless people just on other side of fence of property but the property is well kept and close to everything. Once construction is done nearby it will be easier to get to but it still wasn't bad at all.

Nashville visit

Property is very clean and nicely decorated as presented. After a long day of traveling, check in did not go smoothly, entailing a call, then text to homeowners. Location was next to a concrete company that operated day and night..its quite a long walk to Broadway, and dont know if would walk after dark. Getting to downtown was easy to get to by car, once one figured out parking!

We purchased this property based on the great community in which it is located, the unique and amazing location on the beautiful Cumberland River, the less than 10 minute walk to Broadway, the view of the city and proximity to the new Sounds Stadium. This location gives you all the access you are seeking, but provides a quiet location to return to at the end day.
