This lovely bungalow is completely renovated and equipped with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable beach vacation. The master bedroom features a queen bed and plenty of closet space. The living room includes a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV while down the hall is a workstation equipped with free WiFi. There is also a 2nd bedroom with a futon to accommodate larger groups or weekend guests. Outside, you can lounge in the completely private back yard boasting a lush tropical paradise, grill, cozy gazebo, 2 bikes, and a washer dryer. In the front yard, beautiful pavers provide ample parking for vacationers and their guests.

Communal Pool: Just across the street are a few of the islands world famous resorts where you can sit at the beach bar and cool off in their pool while eating lunch or enjoying a drink.

We were very comfortable in this two unit bungalow.

The place was just what we wanted. It was clean, within walking distance to the beach and several very nice restaurants. Our son and friend came down for a long weekend during our stay. We were glad we had two bedrooms so it was a comfortable stay for them. We didn’t have to us the sofa bed. Kelly, the manager of the property, came by to see how everything was. She even had a bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival. She was in the area, so if we needed anything, we didn’t have to wait. We have already booked this property for February 2019 and March 2020. Shopping for our groceries was a short distance from the bungalow too! It was nice that the backyard had a privacy fence. We used the grill several times and spent time on the patio. . The property was well kept and having the privacy fence not only around the whole property but also between the units gave us extra privacy. There were a washer and dryer for our use shared with the other unit. We loved our stay and cannot express how happy we were staying there for the month of March. Our dog was even happy staying there. The owner also stopped by. It was also nice to talk with him. He said he was going to buy new appliances for the kitchen and some other improvements. We look forward to our next stay. Thanks Kelly for everything.

Great condo just minutes walk to the beach and great seafood

This condo has everything one needs for a longer stay in St Pete Beach. First, the price is right and second, the location is fantastic. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable. Wifi works great, bed is comfy, kitchen is well stocked and there is a nice big grill out back. Although because of the location, we almost always ate out. Lots of parking and a spacious backyard for the dogs to explore. If I have to point out a negative, the bathroom is a little small, but that's really it. We had a great stay!

Fantastic house for our family of 5 (plus 2 dogs)

We were thrilled to find a house where our medium-sized dogs would be welcomed and could accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids! This house had enough room for all of us to function comfortably and was within walking distance to the beach - even has a laundry facility on site. It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything (grocery store, restaurant, etc). Thank you for such a great house and being so helpful when we needed anything!
