About Doug Daniel
I personally manage this condo and offer all of our guests quick, honest and personal service. I'm a native of Baton Rouge, La. and a graduate of LSU. My wife, Paula and I have lived in Peachtree City Georgia, a southern suburb of Atlanta, for 27 years. We raised two sons there. They are graduates of LSU and UGA.! I am a pilot by profession having served as an Air Force Pilot for 5 years and for the last 37 years, an airline pilot. I retired from Delta Airlines in 2016 and am continuing my life long interest in real estate by providing financing to builders of single family homes along the Gulf Coast. Starting out with vacation rental condos in 2003, this condo is the last of three condos on Navarre Beach that we have owned.
Doug Daniel purchased this Apartment in 2005
Why Doug Daniel chose Navarre
I have always loved the Panhandle of Florida and it's beaches. As a high schooler and college student in Louisiana we always went to Pensacola. When the boys were young it was such a joy to continue that tradition with them. As the Panhandle matured over the past 25 years it became very clear what areas were going to maintain their old Florida charm, not get too crowded, yet continue to offer the beautiful beaches and water that we all want to see. To this day, Navarre has been true to those needs.
What makes this Apartment unique
Not crowded, even in the summer months compared to anywhere on the Panhandle. Fishing in the sound or beach. Taking the jet skis west in the Santa Rosa Sound to Pensacola Beach and driving them up on the beach for lunch at our favorite restaurant. 2000 feet of pure white sand in front and to the East of Navarre Towers. Show up after Labor Day on the beach and you'll wonder where everyone is.!
