Getting to the beach is super easy from Ardem, just exit through your private courtyard and within 5 minutes you will arrive at the beautiful Clarkes Beach. When you return washing off the sand is easy with your own private outdoor shower.

Any additional guests must be disclosed before attending the property.
Failure to comply will result in loss of bond and immediate termination of your booking.
There is a booking fee of $55.
A 50 percent deposit is required to secure a booking.
A $1,000 security bond will be required on check-in.
