New appliances such as fridge, stove, microwave and large copper farm sink add to the vibrant decor. The living room has comfortable reclining sofas and a large screen smartTV. An electric fireplace is available for cooler winter evenings.

The pool is not heated so stays rather fresh. The community area is a great gathering place to meet the other renters and owners while swapping stories and recommendations.

The Clubhouse rooftop has a 360 degree view of the surrounding lake and mountains. The wall of the Clubhouse is directly across from the condo which offers privacy and sound barrier.
