2 Bedroom Noosaville cottage right in the heart of Noosaville with river views from the north facing deck.

Choongurra (Pelican Corrobee Ground) offers a rare chance to stay in a quaint old Queenslander one of the few originals left in Noosaville.

This character filled little cottage says 'welcome back' the moment you step inside the door - even on your first visit.

No through traffic so it is ideal for children - just steps away from the Noosa River, Shops and a wide range of excellent restaurants.

There's secure under house parking and rear access if you want to bring your trailer and boat into the backyard. Boat ramps are located across the road from the property.

The outdoor north facing deck is ideal for that early morning cuppa or twilight drinks as the sun sets on the Noosa River.

The property is fully fenced making it ideal for pet, there are walkways from the Yacht Club to the end of Gympie Terrace.

Noosaville retreat

Quaint old Queenslander made for relaxing stay. Close to the river, restaurants and all amenities.

A week in Noosaville

The house is past its use by date. You can see the owners have not put any money into but still manage to collect an over priced nightly tariff due to its location of Noosa. The house smelt damp and musty. Found the manager not very helpful when we voiced our concerns

Best location and value for money

So grateful to find a pet-friendly property in a such a fantastic location. The place is quite old & original but we knew what we were getting ourselves in for. It had everything we needed apart from bug spray. The yard was great for our dogs & wifi great for our kids. We would definitely stay again.
