You can enjoy modern, spacious living in our home, all to yourself. We have three large bedrooms. Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, large walk in robe, and ensuite. Bedroom #2 and #3 each have a double bed, a full length mirrored wardrobe, and bedside tables with lamps. Bathrooms: Fresh towels will be available for you during your stay. Initial supply of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel will be provided. Ensuite: Luxurious rain shower, Toilet, Vanity, Mirror Main Bathroom: Luxurious rain shower, and bathtub. Toilet, Vanity, Mirror Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to get started on your stay. We get you started with an initial supply of milk, tea, and sugar. There are all the basic kitchen utensils/equipment, a kettle, toaster and a large fridge/freezer. We have a dishwasher, and a gas stove with oven. Laundry: You will have full access to our washer/dryer combo. Initial supply of laundry detergent supplied.
You will have access to the whole house, all to yourself- including the laundry and garage. Check in is after 3pm, with Smart Lock and the provided PIN to enter. Review the housing manual for more information. WiFi provided Netflix (Complimentary)
We live within a quick walk to the Niddrie Lake. Enjoy dramatic cliff views and beautiful sunsets from the living room. We are a short drive to many major shopping centres: Highpoint 10-15mins DFO (Direct Factory Outlet) Essendon 5-10mins Westfield Airport West 8-12mins Niddrie Central 5-10mins
Our home is around 10-15 min walk to the nearest bus stop. It is most suited as a family holiday home, who owns/rents a car.
We have access to the NBN network in the home. WIFI is available for our guests free of charge.
Interaction with Guests
Once your booking has been confirmed, our housing manual will be sent to your email address, containing all information related to your booking. Please refer to that for check-in and check-out instructions.
Ongoing communication is best via the platform or through the phone number provided. Please provide us with your name and reservation address if you do call us, and we'll be at your assistance.
STRICT HOUSE RULES
-No smoking -No parties -No pets -Maximum number of guests is shown on the listing, please do not have more guests without notifying us. Please keep the apartment in a similar condition as it was during check-in. Breakages, damages, theft and losses will be the guests responsibility. Rules broken will result in a loss of your security deposit and/or additional charges.
WE WILL CHARGE A $500 FINE FOR SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT.
Lost items will be kept in our office for 1 week. $50 will be charged for postage.

-Correct number of guests staying must be reflected in the booking
-Check-out by 10 am
-LATE CHECK-OUT WILL INCUR A FEE OF $100
-Noise levels to be kept at an appropriate level at all times
-Please dispose of excess rubbish at the rubbish disposal located near the lift
-PLEASE USE RANGE HOOD WHEN COOKING so as to not set off the fire alarm. If fire alarm goes off, DO NOT OPEN THE FRONT DOOR. Doing so will cause the fire truck to come to the apartment in which you will be fined heavily
