The apartment is tastefully furnished and has ducted air conditioning throughout, the huge open plan living/ dining area is perfect so everyone has enough space, this area opens out onto the covered balcony with alfresco dining facilities with filtered water glimpses. The complex provides a security system and lift from the undercover security parking for two vehicles to the apartment door.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
