Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found.

50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.

The house with potential
Unfortunately the place wasn’t very clean at all ranging from mouse poo on the bench to some nuts under the table. The shower has a lot of mold in the silastic around the base. The toilet door is screwed together and doesn’t shut, fair amount of cobwebs around the couches ect. The deck would have been awesome had it been cleaned up also. This property would be a great little place if some money was spent on fixing it up. Has an awesome view of the lake! Overall just lacked the cleanliness which made for a poor experience but has great potential to be an awesome little place!

Location... great, House...ok....Oz Manager...needs some work
Overall the location is great however the house is a small 1960 built home with furniture to match. Its directly in front of the water ( a short walk down hill a path) But i will fault this accommodation for a few things.... Firstly - dealing with Oz Real-estate in Huskisson that manage the property was terrible. I had left multiple messages and phone calls with the "Holiday Rental side of the business" , a week prior with no one returning my call. I was not even given directions on how to check in... had to hunt them down to get the key on the day of check in which was terrible first start to our holiday. The only way to get hold of someone in OZ real-estate was to call and say i have a house to sell or buy and only then did i get a call back. It was a joke that they finally called me back on the day i was checking out to answer my question about arranging linen for my trip that i left over a week prior.. WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. The house itself has a great view of the bay and natural wildlife however there is NO AIRCON, and NO WAY TO OPEN the windows as they are sealed shut. The few windows that do open only a small bit allowing no air to flow into the house. Furthermore the main back door which is the only way to cool the house down has no fly screen which means insects are all through the house. My kids were eaten while they slept. Furniture needs to be updated.... very old and and uncomfortable. It can easily be solved with a more updated L-shape couch to get rid of the small 2 seat couch and two old single chairs in the lounge room... Cutlery needs to be updated as well as most of the spoons had rust stains.
