Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 6 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out queen sofa in the living room. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Perfect spot to stay for Zion adventures

This condo was a perfect spot for us to stay for our Zion and Bryce vacation:

- The shuttle into Zion (the best way to get there) was half a block away. You could also easily walk into Zion as it is less than a mile.

- A grocery store was just across the street.

- The views from the 2nd floor balcony were breathtaking - mountains on 3 sides! I enjoyed sunrise and sunset there daily.

- Parking in Springdale can get tricky, so we were happy that this has a dedicated spot as well.

- Having a full kitchen was very helpful, we were able to make many meals in our condo and pack picnic lunches for the trail.

- One day we drove to Bryce, it was an easy day trip from here (just over two hours each way). We even fit in an ATV excursion, lots of fun.

My family of 4 (includes two teenage boys) liked having 2.5 bathrooms plus two bedrooms and the separate living room space so that we didn't get on each other's nerves. My only complaint is that this cannot comfortably sleep 6. My teenage boys refuse to share a bed so the 14yo son tried to sleep on the pull out sofa and found it very uncomfortable. He ultimately slept on it in sofa form, which is ok for a night or two, but less than ideal for more, and wouldn't work for a full grown adult. I highly recommend this rental and would stay here again!

Great Base Camp for Zion

This townhome is perfect for your vacation in Zion. All brand new and super clean. Great patio and deck for eating out and star gazing at night. And it's close to everything in Springdale and the park entrance. There is even a small supermarket right across the street. I highly recommend this property.
