Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 6 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out queen sofa in the living room. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Great Base Camp for Zion

This townhome is perfect for your vacation in Zion. All brand new and super clean. Great patio and deck for eating out and star gazing at night. And it's close to everything in Springdale and the park entrance. There is even a small supermarket right across the street. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable snd immaculate. Great location.

Lovely property! It was a great location. It was near shuttle stop, market, coffee shops, restaurants. The place is immaculate! Super comfortable beds- so appreciated after tiring hikes. Well stocked and very responsive owners. I would strongly recomnend this place and definitely stay here again in the future.

The house that has it all....

This very well-appointed condo was spic-and-span when we arrived and cooled to just the right temperature. The views out the back deck were—well—spectacular is not too strong a word. Location in Springdale was ideal. The market was just across the street, local eateries abounded, and there were lots of shops of interest. Would recommend this place highly for 2-4 people wishing to stay a short way outside Zion National Park.

Great Location, All the amenities you could ask for, Wish we'd stayed longer!

Home had everything we needed and was so convenient to grocery store, restaurants, bike rentals, etc. I came with my parents and 2 year old son and we all were very comfortable. We hiked everyday and were very grateful to be able to wash our dirty hiking clothes when we needed to.

Great Location

Close to everything in Springdale, including restaurants, groceries, and shuttle stops. We parked our cars and didn't have to get into them again until we left. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

The only suggestion I would make to the owners is to add a dresser or chest of drawers to each bedroom. I like to unpack and organize my things when I arrive, but we all had to live out of our suitcases, because there were no drawers - and not quite enough hangers for all of us in the closets.

The townhouse suited our needs perfectly. Four of our group stayed at the townhouse and the other 2 were at a nearby hotel. It was the perfect meeting place for meals, games, hanging out and making plans for our wonderful forays into Zion. The location is great and the place was very comfortable with great amenities.
