About this property

A beautiful house for 8 persons ,with outdoor heated private swimming pool,outside whirpool for 7 people with panorama view,garage,beautiful panorama view of Adriatic sea and islands, 7 km to Split, 3 km to Adriatic sea. There is a covered fireplace with big table, trampoolin, toboggan, swing, mini football, badminton.
We have a 4 new ATV quad 500 ccm avaible for rent with guide.
The house is located in a quiet place on a hill near Split. The house offers a breathtaking view of the split, the sea and islands. Close is the golf course, mountain biking trails,biggest Aquarium in Croatia, beaches, jet ski rental, boat rental.

Alles Perfekt

Der Aufenthalt war super. Ante ist ein freundlicher und sehr guter Gastgeber. Das Haus ebtspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr sauber. Besonders hervorheben kann man den Jacuzzi und den großen Pool. Ein absolutes Highlight sind die Schildkröten im Garten. Wir waren mit Freunden da, aber das Haus ist auch für Familien absolut zu empfehlen. Ich empfehle das Haus gerne weiter!

Great location for a Croatian holiday

The property was amazing and in a great location. Very clean and very homely. The views are incredible. Fantastic hosts, they had great communication with us throughout the whole holiday. Not far from the centre of Split. Overall an amazing place for a holiday

Great Experience! Will Return! Beautiful House, Great Landlord!

We visited Split with a group of 7 people. The Landlord really pays a lot of attention to details and created a perfect home. He is very friendly and always helps you with everything. You can even experience a Croatian barbeque or a nice awesome ride on squads. The house was a dream! You can watch a beautiful sunsets over the entire costal area while sitting in a hot tub or having a barbeque. The house is very cheap in comparison to other accommodation you can get in Split. They even have small turtles for children! I wish the landlord all the best. Highly recommended. We will return.
