Tumbaramba - Ideal for Families

What a great house this is. Bathing in natural light every room is larger than you would expect. The wood fire and open plan living areas give both a sense of warmth and space, making this holiday property ideal for families and even the odd extra guest. It has both ocean views and a stunning valley view from side and back of the property. The kitchen come well equipped with quality appliances and dishwasher. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday in summer or winter this would be the place.

- Views down to the Wye River beach from varandah. - Dining for 8, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine - Open plan living area with wood fire. - Large deck area with BBQ and outdoor setting.

- Bedroom 1 : Master bedroom upstairs with Queen size bed, bedside tables and lamps, ensuite & views over the hills - Bedroom 2 : Queen size bed, bedside table with lamp - Bedroom 3 : 2 x Bunk - Main bathroom downstairs with vanity and bath.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
