The natural light of the tastefully decorated sun lounge and living room are complimented by a wood fire and ocean views. With an easy walk to both beach and town, make Salamanca the simple choice for your classic beach holiday.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Lovely beachside stay
Great property close to everything. So easy to check in and communicate. The office even printed out a stat dec for me which I urgently needed to do during our stay! Old property with no wifi but we got out and about and used the supplied firewood and enjoyed a lovely fire and board games with the kids.

Beautiful Seaview cottage
This beautiful little cottage was the perfect size and location for our little family of three. It’s a lovely 10min walk to the swinging bridge and the main Lorne shopping strip. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Very comfy & cosy beach house
Its a great house for a break away from the city. Close to everything; don't need to get into car if you don't wish to. Fire and the view is great.
