This delightful 4-bedroom home has all you could ask for when wanting that relaxing family holiday. Enjoy the lovely ocean views from the sundeck and upstairs living area, take a pleasant walk to Point Roadknight Beach which is kid friendly and patrolled in summer months, or head to Main Beach for a bit of surfing, also patrolled in the summer months.

You can feel relaxed knowing the children will be safe in the secured and spacious rear yard.

Ideal for 2 families, it comprises an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, a second living/rumpus area for children including a billiard table and single bed, plus a third living room downstairs with an additional single bed. This is really the perfect family getaway. If you wanted to get out and about there are numerous walking tracks with local fauna to view and wildlife in abundance, or just drive the Great Ocean Road.

The beach house is brilliant.

'We love this family beach house. We loved it's spaces and how welcome it made us feel. We loved the the fun we all had because all the family are thought of even the grandchildren who had games to play and plates just for them. The grown ups had a brilliant time as well playing pool and taking in the views on the deck. All this and more made for a great stay and we hope to be back same time each year. Thank you

A Bit Too Lived In

This house did not meet our expectations. Immediate thoughts were how obviously "lived in" it was. From jackets and runners near the front entrance, to fridge half full, anther fridge with a note stating "do not touch contents", loads of stock in the pantry, it was as if the owners had just left before our weekend. That's fine, but certainly not the quality we would expect booking through an agent. There was a distinctive pet (cat) smell throughout the house, which was evident immediately on entry. We had BYO linen, as prescribed by the property, as a result we saw the condition of the mattress protectors etc on the beds and found these to be incredibly below standard. It does not cost much to make sure these things are clean and new and white before asking for paying guests. Overall we do not feel that the house was value for money.

fully fenced backyard perfect for the pets

this tri split house was perfect for our group of friends and pets with a fully fenced in big backyard. Three living areas including a pool table and a nice deck with BBQ that overlooks to the beach in the distance. Two bathrooms and four bedrooms was a great size. The kitchen is quite modern- two ovens and the fridge/freezer is a good size. We had so much fun we did not even make it to the beach.
