great place to relax
This place was what we needed. A nice place to relax and rest. Nice, new, and clean home. Jim was a great host. We will go back if we go that way again!
Thank you !!!!!

Quite nice :-)
The house was well done and clean; the setting was lovely.
I really enjoyed the deck, despite the smokey air conditions (it's what happens in late summer anymore in the west)
The bedroom has a nice large bed - the futon in the living room/kitchen was quite comfortable.
The place is not really set up for cooking much as it doesn't have a range, although it has hot plates and microwave, so it suited our purposes.
Jim was quite friendly and welcoming. The rental house is in close proximity to the main house but it still felt separate and private.
Cozy, comfy, out of the bustle but still close
We loved the comfy king bed and the beautiful setting. Rolling Oaks is the perfect name for this property and Jim was a great host.
Thank you !!!
We enjoyed our stay at the charming cottage in the rolling hills near Emigrant Lake. It was quiet and peaceful. We had a couple of lunches on the shaded deck under the oak tree. It was a perfect location for the sculling clinic we were attending at the lake.
The owners made me and my children feel very welcome.
The property was clean and well kept. It was in a private quiet neighborhood which was just what we were looking for. It was also close to restraunts and shopping. There was a big yard for my kids and parks/kids activities near by. It was a great place to spend the Christmas holidays!
Friendly hosts, quiet location, lots of bird life.
Ten minutes from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Southern Oregon University, great restaurants, shopping and Lithia Park. Tons of things to do yet we are tucked into a beautiful natural setting.
