Superbly positioned right on Kings Beach beautiful waterfront, this unit has fabulous views over the crystal blue Pacific Ocean, to Moreton Island, Kings Beach and out to Bribie Island, watch the surfers hang ten, rowers battling the seas and nippers enjoying life, what a great holiday location!

Cross the road and you are on Kings Beach, fully patrolled with beautiful white sands all year round, or stroll casually to cafes, restaurants, corner store, surf club & tavern.

The complex has a pool and communal BBQ facilities. The property has 2 secure car parking spaces and a storage cage - just bring your own padlock for security, and is on level 4 via a lift . The unit has ceiling fans throughout and ducted air con. This property also has Wi-Fi and Netflix for your enjoyment .

Kings Beach is long regarded as the Coast's best patrolled surf beach. Here you can swim, surf, fish snorkel and picnic or simply watch and listen to the surf roll in, what a great destination.

Fantastic views and location

This was a wonderful property for our family of 5. Bedrooms were large, the kitchen was well equipped and the views were fabulous. A real treat to find a modern apartment in Caloundra. Such a convenient location to Kings Beach. The pool was extremely cold and we didn't swim in it at all. Luckily the pool at Kings Beach was right across the road! We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Fantastic views over Kings Beach.

Just had a fabulous week at this Kings beach apartment. We have stayed there the last two years and cannot fault the location. A short stroll to the patrolled beach and a longer stroll around the boardwalk to our favourite fish and chippy "beachview". Blue thai orchid is another favourite eatery. The markets on Sunday are good too. A great location to chill.

Wow, what a unit

Our young family of 5 had a fantastic two week holiday in this unit. There was plenty of space, the master suite was fabulous, the view was second to none, Netflix was a bonus and the beds were comfy. Having 2 underground parking spaces was a treat, as we were able to leave the kids' bikes parked and ready and to use. We walked to the Kings Beach Pool, Kings Beach, Happy Valley and Moffat Beach. Having the cafe underneath the complex was great for coffee runs, and the small corner store was handy too. There were only 2 negatives - the pool was very cold and there were only 4 eating bowls in the kitchen. We will be back, that's for sure!

Awesome Spot

Great location & views, we stayed as a couple & found the views & amenities great, everything needed was there (except bedroom TV remote was missing) including net flix & wi=fi
