A very attractive, sunny flat with charming views of the hills to the east and pretty gardens (palm, olive and orange trees) and 1920's villas from the two balconies; It is in a quiet residential and sought-after area, yet right in the centre of Cannes, and only a few minutes walk from the famous Croisette and the seafront.it is on the 4th floor (with a lift), and has individually adjustable AIR-CONDITIONING THROUGHOUT. NOW with fast FIBRE OPTIC Internet and TV.

This apartment provides very luxurious accommodation for TWO people (a couple or persons preferring to use two bedrooms).
Master Bedroom is large with a king-size 1.80 m wide bed, en suite bathroom with WC, a sitting/study area, generous wardrobe space + west-facing balcony to enjoy the afternoon/evening sun.
The bureau/second bedroom (which can be closed off completely from the living room with sliding doors) is also large, has a comfortable sofa bed, armchair and writing desk. Large wardrobe and east-facing balcony, and direct access to adjacent shower room with WC.

The double living room/bureau is very comfortable with sofa, armchairs, dining table, large TV, and bookcases, and opens onto a long balcony, facing east, to enjoy the sun from first thing in the morning until noon, or the shade in the afternoon . The fully equipped kitchen also opens onto the east-facing balcony. A shower-room with large shower, washbasin and WC with direct access from the bureau/second bedroom and a 3rd independent WC complete the accommodation.

A secure private parking space is INCLUDED !

It is just 8 min walk from the seafront (La Croisette), 5 min walk from the smart shops in rue d'Antibes, and exactly a 9 min walk from the Palais des Festivals. Buses pass within 100 metres, and there is a local supermarket, pharmacy etc 100m away.

La descrizione corrisponde al vero,. l'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort e dista 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di mace e 5 dal centro. Ottimo il parcheggio a disposizione. Da migliorare un po' la pulizia e sarebbe meglio limitare gli oggetti personali dei proprietari. In ogni caso altamente consigliato

Wohnung mit toller Lage
Wir haben in der Wohnung zwei Wochen lang gewohnt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, er stand immer zur Verfügung und löste entstandene Probleme schnell. In der Wohnung gab es alles für einen gemütlichen Urlaub. Die Garage ist sehr sinnvoll, da wir mit dem Auto dorthin gekommen sind. Danke an Herrn Mindham, wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen anderen das Apartment. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Familie G.

Nice home from home
The owner made us feel very welcome when we arrived and showed us around the flat and its facilities. The pictures do not do the size of the flat justice. It was clean and tidy, just as you would expect. We didn't use the TV so can't really say anything about that. The internet was silly fast, which kept the kids happy. Everything worked and was in good order. It was in a quiet location and not too far to walk to the main beeches. The super market was a short walk and very well stocked. I would happily book the flat again, if we return to Cannes.

Cozy and well appointed flat in Cannes
This flat has lots of good qualities. It is safe, well furnished, has two and a half baths, two balconies, a lift and a garage. These were the features that we were looking for and that made our stay there most pleasant and comfortable. The kitchen is charming and made me feel as if I were at home in a very french environment. The owner is courteous and helpful and helped make our stay effortless. The only disadvantage was the lack of English television which I have heard is pretty much normal throughout Cannes. There was a large supply of English books to read and by the end of the week I was comfortable watching the news in French. The only downside of the location of this flat is that although it is very close to grocery stores, a pastry shop and some cafes, it was quite a distance to the main part of the city. The streets of Cannes are very winding and many are one way. so it is difficult driving for someone from the US where streets are usually straight. We found that the best way to get around was to walk. We did gradually discover short cuts to the sea and felt very safe walking everywhere. All in all I would highly recommend this flat to anyone who wants to experience a feeling of living in France - a little removed from the more touristy aspects of the city.
