Enjoy city living at its finest in this 2nd floor walkup apartment in the heart of downtown Kansas City, Missouri.

This unique apartment is walking distance to the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, the Kansas City Convention Center, the Sprint Center, Crossroads neighborhood, downtown and the West-side neighborhood; which means its walking distance to some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, galleries, clubs, theatre & performance venues in the metro area. I honestly don't believe there is a better location in all of Kansas City.

The apartment includes: a king bed in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other; Washer and Dryer; Fully equipped kitchen including gas stove; Outdoor space; High speed internet; DVR; and 200+ channel cable including HBO.

The apartment is entirely yours without restriction. The back porch is shared with one other apartment which is occupied by permanent residents. You would also have access to the upper level outdoor space (not pictured)(see listing #567733 for pics) shared by two other apartments, which presents an opportunity to connect with your neighbors.

Use my parking pass for free parking (for one car) in the 'Arts District Garage' at 17th & Broadway (across the street); otherwise use on-street parking.

Great stay in Kansas City

My family and I had a great stay at Steven's downtown apartment. We had a business conference at the convention center (which is with in walking distance or a quick drive) and this apartment was the perfect fit. It was clean and nicely put together. It was so convenient having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer available to us (especially with two kiddos under the age of 4). This is just a side note, but during the day I loved that in the living area you didn't need to turn lights on because of the sunshine available through the big bay windows. Steven provided great customer service from the beginning of the booking process to check-out. I also appreciated the "Guide to Kansas City" that Steven provided. It helped me find yummy food and a good grocery store. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Our five week stay at your apartment was fabulous and very enjoyable! Your apartment was very clean and had all of the comforts of home and was everything that you said it had. We had a very easy time check in and check out. Thanks again Steven, for opening up your home while we were attending classes at the local university. The next time were in Kansas City, we would definitely stay at your apartment!

Thanksgiving with Family

We went to KC for Thanksgiving to visit family and were very comfortable in this apartment. It gave us the privacy and non-allergenic environment we needed, and it was ideally located near many of the places we went, both within the city and out in the country at our relatives' home. The kitchen was superbly equipped, with both nice cooking and eating utensils and some miscellaneous food items. Steven went the extra mile and stocked the fridge with half & half so we could have our morning coffee the way we liked it. We arrived very late, after midnight, and check-in directions were easy and clear to follow. Overall, Steven goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need and to recommend restaurants and other activities in Kansas City. Just one note - it is a lone apartment building, not on a street with other homes. But that was fine with us. It is just a few blocks from restaurants, and very close to the Kaufman Center for Performing Arts. We never worried about parking our car on the street in front of the building; it is a safe area. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent the month in this wonderful urban apartment . Building has alot of character and apartment is decorated well with everything necessary. Bedrooms away from the street are quiet and comfortable. Large kitchen allowed for entertaining family and friends comfortably. Walking distance to restaurants and the view of the Kaufmann Center is breathtaking. Underground parking a block away was a bonus. Would love to stay here in the future.
