Roby's Retreat offers the perfect base for your Sawtell holiday.
There is a huge fenced yard for the family to play and relax, or enjoy the air-conditioned living inside. Just a short stroll into Sawtell's main street, pub, clubs, shops and beaches. Older style home with all the charm and character that you can expect from a beachside residence. Perfect for the whole family to enjoy!

Comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests.
Main Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite and built in robes
Second Bedroom: 1 x Single bed and ceiling fans
Third Bedroom: 2 x Single beds and ceiling fans
Fourth Bedroom is a converted garage which is private with a double bed. The main bathroom features full size bathtub, shower and toilet.

Linen and bath towels are provided at Robys Retreat, feel free to bring your own beach towels. The property is level throughout - there are no more than two steps at both the front and back door. Plenty of on street parking in the quiet street, or parking in the driveway.

Great Location

A neat and well maintained house, within a short stroll to the beach and village. A great backyard for kids to play in. Will definitely stay again.

Great clean accommodation in a good location

The house was great, it was in a good location to the shops and the beach. The mattresses on the beds were a little dated and could do with being replaced, but everything was nice.

Bedroom Defenition

Fabulous location ease walking distance to Sawtell main street and beach. 3 bedroom home neat tidy everything you need fourth bedroom is actually the garage, glad we didn't need to sleep there. Service from agents was great. easy to work with.
