Inspired by the local history of Phillip Island's Chicory kilns, this family friendly, 2 storey, large home offers over 40 squares of living for the holiday maker, plus large garage.
The home boasts five bedrooms, three bath rooms (one ensuite), formal and informal living areas, study, large kitchen with all facilities including stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, and dishwasher, dining area with French doors that lead to your north facing verandas allowing excellent entertaining both indoors and outdoors, and separate laundry with washing machine. With the added features of ducted heating, (downstairs), television in living area, ducted vacuum system, a BBQ, and much more, this fabulous property is the perfect getaway, within walking distance to the beach and the main street. NO WIFI AVAILABLE

LINEN - The property supplies Doonas with covers, underlays, and pillows, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats, and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person.
Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Bed-making is an extra $15 per bed.

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY 2023
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here with the kids & a group of friends... Was awesome. Good space, good location. Mind you, Internet (if needed) drops out constantly & mattresses are very average

Great location
Overall, our family enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location with lots of room for 2 families and was very clean. The furniture was very disappointing. Broken couches, boken dining chairs and very old beds. The ensuite shower upstairs is less than a trickle if the downstairs shower is being used. The aircon works great downstairs but not at all upstairs, which is where the bedrooms are. Very much a 'no frills' stay.
