There is a small patio overlooking the greenbelt and pool/clubhouse area while still being very private. Awesome work weekend

Karinas place was cozy and well outfitted for a couple traveling from the east coast for work. We had everything we needed and more. The bed was fantastic and the deck and amenities were a welcome respite after a long day working. Will definitely stay again:)

Fantastic!

Loved this property.. Very clean.. Decorated cute! Spacious.. Loved the heated pool and hot tub.. Karina was fabulous and was prompt if we needed her.. Walking distance to several restaurants and stores.. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

What a wonderful place!! Everything was perfect.

Condo was very clean, loved being able to walk to store and restaurants. Barrett Jackson was just down the road, perfect!! This place is a little gem!! We’ll be back!

I have lived in Scottsdale for the past 12 years and there is no other place I want to be.

Why they chose this property

I love the location of this property. You can get up in the morning and walk to Starbucks. In the same shopping center is my hair salon, next to it European Waxing Center, and just two doors down my nail salon. Then I can go to AJ's for all my grocery shoppig or stop at Chipotle for lunch. Safeway across the street is my favorite Safeway, it's very nice inside and offers a variety of organic foods plus a great wine selection.

What makes this property unique

This second floor unit is just steps away from the clubhouse and pool area. The balcony is private and overlooks the greenbelt area. A really nice place to spend the end of the afternoon.
