Wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

We spent a month in the bungalow and had a wonderful time! Couldn't have asked for a nicer homeowner. She was responsive and helped us with every question. The house had absolutely everything we needed and then some. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. A short drive into town, it was close to everything but far enough away to feel relaxing and quiet. We would've stayed longer if we could and will be back as soon as we can!

Comfortable, cozy and cute bungalow

  • 5 of 5

Why stay in a hotel or motel when you can have all the comforts of home in this updated bungalow? First impressions: lots of move around space in open livingroom/dining and kitchen area, tasteful eclectic decor and great bathroom (love the tiles). Kitchen well supplied with cooking utensils and dinnerware. Everything very clean. Front porch a great place to sit and large back yard gave my small dog lots of rambling space. Enough parking area for more than one car. On a main road into Skaneateles (5-10 minute drive). Loved shopping at the nearby is the Mottville Consignment & Emporium. Only two suggestions for the owners: short, older people need a step to get into the very high but very comfortable front bedroom bed and a coffee table or side table near the sectional would be perfect. Thanks for a lovely stay. Sandy and Richard from Fort Erie, Ontario

Perfect Spot

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our weeks stay in the charming little house. Even though the weather was cold and rainy , the house was warm as toast. We enjoyed

a wedding , family get togethers , and meeting old friends. The house was close to everything ! Just a welcome to come home to every day. Thank you , for the speedy refund of our deposit. Ron and Edna Korb

Wonderful, cute cottage

  • 5 of 5

The cottage in Skaneateles was absolutely perfect! It was clean. It was convenient to downtown. There was more than enough room for my sister and I. The furnishings and decorations were comfortable and so artsy! The front porch invited you to come out and sit. I loved everything about it. I would definitely go there again.

We had a great time in this town and we felt at home at this property. It was perfect for us and at the end of a long day

of driving around and enjoying the town and sites we said to ourselves "Let's go home." Because that's what it felt like

"Home". We would recommend this property and we will probably be back. Nancy and Paul Georgetown Ontario

My week in Skaenteles in this home was superb!

  • 5 of 5

My expectations were not as high as the quality & amenities the home deserved. Beautifully restored Craftsman had all the modern conveniences you could imagine! Communication with the owners was flawless as was the bedrooms, bathroom & kitchen. A/C or heat as needed was delightful to have & very efficient. My favorite component was the claw foot tub!!! Being very tall the length & depth was perfect! Tons of hot water. Smart TV's in every room, netflix, local & cable. WiFi worked great too. I'll refer &/or stay here anytime...cost per night lower than any of the local motels/hotels. It was only myself for the week, but a family or several friends would be very comfy. 5+ stars for me :--))
