Our inviting condo (first floor) is equipped with all that you would need to enjoy your stay in Clearwater. The community itself, is very well cared for, with manicured grounds, clean resort area and a mature feel. Should you wish to cook, there are facilities to do so, would you like to relax and swim….there is the resort pool area or Clearwater Beach just a short drive away….perhaps you want to shop….we are well placed for excellent shopping…..Cultural activities are plentiful….from Pinnellas Trail, street art & cultural activities at Pier 60 or do you just want to sit back and do nothing….you can certainly also do that! Avalon is a secure gated community. We are 7 mins by car to Clearwater Beach, 15 minutes to the lovely Indian Rocks Beach and 25 minutes to Tampa Airport. Disney is 90 minutes by car & Bush Gardens a mere 40 minutes. We do aim to keep our condo in the best possible condition and we hope that this is evident when you choose to stay here.

The first floor (no stairs) condo is fully equipped with all that you will need to enjoy your vacation. 42 inch TV in living area (also has a DVD player) & TV in the bedroom, with bedlinen supplied and a queen size bed & an additional electronic blow up bed and or rollaway single bed(this is quite comfortable) basic cable TV, WFI, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, washer & dryer in the unit & patio & beach furniture.There is also plenty of storage, with an en suite bathroom leading to a large walk in closet for your convenience.
We observe safe cleaning practices, disenfect all surfaces and sanitise all portable linens between stays.
Please note, we do not have sofa bed, as we have yet to find one that is comfortable - we have an electric air bed and/or fold bed for the 3rd/additional guest. Please be aware that we need 2 weeks notice minimum for bookings so as to allow resort checks to be completed prior to your stay. Jan - April is a minimum of one month saty.
